UniSee Support

Get help with credits, billing, generation, and account access.

For early users, support is handled through one monitored support inbox. Include your account email, the page URL, model name, request ID if available, and a short description of what happened.

Generation issue

Use this when a job is stuck, failed, empty, or charged but did not return a usable result.

  • Include the model name and request ID if visible.
  • Tell us whether it happened in Create, Studio, or Projects.
  • Attach a screenshot of the failed state when possible.

Billing and credits

Use this for top-up issues, missing credits, payment questions, or refund review.

  • Include your UniSee account email.
  • Include the Stripe checkout email if different.
  • Include the approximate payment time and pack amount.

Account access

Use this for login, profile, creator page, marketplace, or public visibility issues.

  • Include your username or account email.
  • Tell us which page is affected.
  • Do not send passwords or private keys.
