Terms for using UniSee

UniSee provides tools for creative generation, project management, publishing, and remix workflows. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the product or other users' content.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials. UniSee may suspend or restrict access to protect the service, users, or platform integrity.

You may not, directly or indirectly:

• hack, obtain unauthorized access to, or attempt to access the service, protected systems, accounts, or another user's data without authorization;
• conduct vulnerability scanning or penetration testing without UniSee's prior written authorization;
• engage in credential stuffing or steal, obtain, use, or disclose another person's token, credential, or API key;
• launch or facilitate a distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) or denial-of-service (DoS) attack, or introduce, distribute, or operate malware;
• scrape the service without authorization or use bots, automation, or automated accounts to abuse the service;
• bypass access controls or rate limits, or reverse engineer protected systems;
• exploit vulnerabilities or tamper with credits, billing, or payment systems; or
• interfere with providers, APIs, platform infrastructure, service availability, or other users' use of the service.

If UniSee reasonably suspects an attack, unauthorized access, or abuse, UniSee may, consistent with applicable law, temporarily restrict access; suspend or terminate accounts; preserve relevant security evidence; investigate suspected abuse; report suspected unlawful activity; cooperate with authorities when legally required; and pursue available legal remedies, including for losses caused by attacks or abuse.

You represent that you own, or have obtained all permissions and licenses needed to upload and use, every prompt and asset you provide to UniSee. This includes any face, likeness, voice, music, image, video, logo, trademark, and copyrighted content.

You are responsible for the content you upload, generate, publish, distribute, or use commercially, including obtaining any consents required from identifiable people and rights holders.

If you make a project public or enable remixing, that project and associated public metadata may become visible to other users and may be used within UniSee's public discovery and remix flows.

AI-generated outputs may not be unique, and other users or services may produce the same or similar results. UniSee does not guarantee that an output is copyrightable, that you own exclusive rights in it, or that it will be free from third-party rights.

Before publishing or using an output commercially, you are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy, safety, applicable permissions, and possible intellectual-property, publicity, privacy, or other legal issues.

You may not use UniSee for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity. You also may not attack, probe, disrupt, overload, scrape without authorization, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected systems, or misuse the service, its accounts, APIs, providers, or billing systems.

UniSee may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect users and rights holders, comply with law, or preserve platform security and reliability.

If you believe content published through UniSee infringes your copyright, trademark, likeness, or other intellectual-property right, use the contact page to submit a complaint. Include your contact information, the work or right at issue, the exact URL or other identifying details for the disputed content, the basis for your claim, and a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized.

UniSee may request additional information and may restrict or remove content while a complaint is reviewed. Repeated or serious infringement may also result in account or publishing restrictions where appropriate.

Creator monetization features, if offered, may be limited by eligibility, location, product availability, content quality, rights clearance, and compliance with these terms. A dashboard metric, revenue estimate, eligibility signal, or future-feature description is not a promise of payment, guaranteed income, or guaranteed access to a monetization program.

Creators are responsible for the rights needed to monetize their work, accurate payout and tax information, required sponsorship or advertising disclosures, and compliance with applicable law. UniSee may review, withhold, adjust, reverse, or deny monetization amounts associated with fraud, artificial or invalid engagement, duplicate activity, refunds, chargebacks, infringement, or other abuse, subject to applicable law and any program-specific terms.

Any active monetization program may have additional eligibility, calculation, payout, minimum-balance, timing, or dispute rules presented with that program. UniSee may change, suspend, or discontinue a monetization program and will not treat projected or unfinalized amounts as earned payouts.

As between you and UniSee, and to the extent permitted by law and third-party rights, you retain the rights you hold in content you submit and in eligible outputs. These terms do not transfer to you any rights in third-party material, and AI-generated outputs may not qualify for ownership or exclusive protection.

You grant UniSee a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, format, and display your content only as reasonably needed to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the service, follow your visibility and remix settings, and meet legal obligations. This service license alone does not authorize UniSee to make private content public.

If you publish content or enable remixing, you also authorize UniSee to display and distribute that content within the public and remix features you select. Other users receive only the permissions made available through those features and applicable law; they do not receive ownership of your source content. Licenses may continue only as reasonably needed for existing public or remixed copies, backups, security records, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

UniSee and its licensors retain their rights in the service, software, interfaces, models, documentation, branding, and other protected materials. No license is granted except as expressly stated in these terms.

UniSee may sell one-time credit packs or other paid usage products. Credits may be required before generation or other usage events.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, purchased duplicate credits, or did not receive the credits you paid for, contact UniSee support promptly so the issue can be reviewed.

Refund decisions may depend on account history, credit use, duplicate purchases, and whether the issue was caused by a billing or service error.

Failed generations handled by UniSee's automated credit-release process are returned through that process. For service errors, duplicate charges, or purchased credits that were not delivered, contact support with the account email, request or checkout ID, and transaction time so UniSee can investigate. This policy does not guarantee a cash refund for credits that were successfully delivered or used.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

UniSee may update, change, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including models, workflows, pricing, features, and access conditions.

UniSee is provided on an as-available basis. Generated outputs may be imperfect, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular use case without further review. You are responsible for evaluating outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them.
